I loved the swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and the attentive and helpful staff. Special mention to Tamiris for her outstanding service. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, avenues, mall, and theater. The room had great soundproofing and the staff were responsive to our needs.

This hotel is located on a noisy avenue, but it is extremely close to tourist spots and taxis were available at all times. Breakfast was well tended to and had a nice variety. the Jr. Suite has a separate bedroom and office room, dining area, living area with couch, generous kitchen area with pantry.

The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom which is a little awkward.

Great location near lots of restaurants and shops. Clean and spacious rooms with friendly staff. Enjoyed the large buffet breakfast with plenty of delicious pastries.

Some areas of the hotel could use renovation and the internet was unreliable. the restaurant could use some improvement in their food quality and the staff could benefit from additional training.

The room also had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area with a dining table. Moreover, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and relaxing environment.
